Beverley is an artist and a teacher with a fine art degree and a post graduate in secondary art teaching. She has set up a gallery, a community group for creative unemployed people, run adult art classes for community education and currently teaches art at a secondary school. She lives out of Auckland in a wannabe retreat surrounded by bird life and rolling landscape and travels into town to work. She finds creating quintessential to a whole and healthy life
